To London from NYC via New Jersey and Iceland

Man oh man was this an adventure. Not as bad of a mess as when I had to sleep in the Frankfurt airport but up there on the awful list. I was able to get an amazing free ride to the Newark airport about an hour away from where I was staying in NYC. This was a huge stress relief and therefore I was not complaining when I was arriving about an hour before I had to. Then as I am checking in, they inform us that the flight is delayed due to storms out of Iceland. So now rather then an hour early I am a good 5 hours early. I grabbed a seat, and started in on my movies that Shane downloaded onto my computer. Apparently he doesn't think I am cultured enough cause two of the movies are in Spanish and my skills at working a computer are not high enough to allow me to figure out how to fix it. Thats what he should have downloaded... computers for dummies. After some movies, some walking around, some snoozing we finally boarded the flight to Iceland. It was super short only 6 hours and we touched down in Reykjavik and they even stamped my passport which I didn't think they would do since it was just a connecting flight. Then two hours later I was in London. It was weird but as I was landing I noticed that London was awfully country like, and unpopulated... after one of the worst landings of my life (no joke the plane landed slightly sideways and I thought it was for sure going to flip. I realized that I had landed in an airport 35 miles outside London... ops. So after spending a bundle to get a train into the city center I then  hopped on a bus to my hostel. The bus driver just happened to be Turkish, ironically and we were able to exchange some words. I was telling him how I was on my way back to Turkey and that I loved it. At this point I am running on literally 2 hours sleep within 24 hours and I am somewhat feeling sick, my head has gotten that pressure feeling which could be due to the pressure changed of the flight as well. I arrived 3 hours late to my hostel, not too bad considering the delays I had. I was starving, anxious and tired all in one. I decided to try and stay awake long enough to take a short city walk at night. I made it clear down to St. Pauls Cathedral and the Millennium Bridge before I had to turn around. The rest will wait for the next day!
